Sermon Recap

In the act of going to the Temple of the LORD during a national crisis, King Jehoshaphat and the Israelites demonstrated their confidence in God’s covenant and promises. They knew that God would hear them as they fasted, and when they sought the Lord’s help, the LORD will deliver them from the crisis.
We, too, can act and stand confidently upon God’s promises; that is ours in Christ Jesus. As we come together during our national crisis through fasting and seeking the Lord, we can be fully assured that God will be our Deliverer and our Helper in such an hour.
